New Era Healthcare LLC (NEH) is a company that was founded in Stonecrest (Lithonia) Ga, in 2021, that provides the following to our patient population, Medical and non-medical care. Although the homecare term is broad, but the goal or mission of NEH is to provide different health related services that will enable patients to stay in their home or community. New Era Healthcare LLC is registered with the Georgia Secretary of State and licensed to operate as a business in Stonecrest city. We strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the state of Georgia department of Human Resources Office of Regulatory services and Community Care Service Program (CCSP). As health care continues to move away from institutions and back to the home, use of home care services is increasing, and the care being provided at home are getting more complex.
With technological advances and other portable equipment, today's world calls upon us to provide our loved ones with the best personal assistance possible while allowing them the comfort and dignity of living in their own homes. Age, physical disability, and illness are just some of the many factors that necessitate our personal care.
Our services range from Personal Care, to Companion or Sitter services that assists the elderly, handicapped, or recuperating individuals with daily living needs to include tasks like essential household tasks necessary to cleanliness and safety, reading, transport and escort services, meal preparation and serving, and socializing with the client while providing watchful oversight. We also provide Nursing services for patients that are medically frail or medically compromised.
To preserve the confidentiality, privacy, security and integrity of client information and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards are the responsibility of the information protection specialist, Linda Obata. At New Era Healthcare, we take the confidentiality of our client very serious.
New Era Healthcare will provide services by employing staff that met the qualifications and possess competencies to perform the services requested and agreed upon by the client or client’s family. Core training shall be provided to each staff prior to assigning them to work with clients. During Orientation and training, New Era Healthcare staff that has direct contact with the client, will be trained by our Registered Nurse (Nurse Manager).
In addition to the above is that all policies and procedures that are in effect within the organization will adhere to standards of practice for the provision of care and services, New Era Healthcare will implement a monitoring and self-evaluation policy of our programs at least quarterly. This will help us to identify and resolve any processes or issues that may or may not adversely impact our patient care, treatment, support activities and state agency regulation.
